1. Who can use ClassPulse

ClassPulse is built for students aged 16 and older. By using the app you confirm you are at least 16 and able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age required by law in your country to consent to online services, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account and its associated academic data directly from Settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Academic estimates, not official records

ClassPulse calculates GPA, needed scores, grade projections, and study plans from the information you enter. These are planning aids and estimates only.

They are not official grades and may differ from what your school records. Always confirm grades, weights, deadlines, and graduation requirements with your instructors and your institution. You are responsible for your own academic decisions.

4. Acceptable use

When using ClassPulse, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its content.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. Syllabus import and third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services. Syllabus import sends the images or PDFs you choose through OpenRouter to an AI model provider, which extracts course and deadline details. Optional Google Calendar sync sends deadlines and study sessions to your Google account. Signing in with Google or Apple shares identity information such as your email address, account identifier, and available profile name with us so we can create your account. Subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat together with your app store. Using these features is your choice, and your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. 6. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

ClassPulse offers a free tier and a paid subscription, ClassPulse Premium. The free tier includes the core planning features. Premium unlocks importing a full semester of courses from a single syllabus document; free imports cover one course per scan. What each tier includes is shown in the app before you subscribe.

ClassPulse Premium is offered as a 3-month plan with a current advertised US base price of $5.99 every 3 months and a Yearly plan with a current advertised US base price of $17.99 per year. Your app store shows and confirms the final price and billing period before purchase; localized prices and applicable taxes may vary.

A 7-day free trial may be available to eligible users when shown on the purchase screen. Unless you cancel before the trial or current subscription period ends, the subscription automatically converts or renews and your store charges you for the next period at the price shown before purchase.

• Purchases and renewals are billed by the app store you installed from — we never receive or store your card details.
• Manage or cancel any time in your app store account settings, or through Manage Subscription in ClassPulse Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by your app store under its own policy, not by us.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by ClassPulse and protected by law. The academic data you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so the app can work for you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

ClassPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that estimates are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClassPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for academic outcomes based on the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using ClassPulse and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use ClassPulse after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
