Support

Email support@classpulse.store and a person will read it. Include your account email so we can find you.

Delete your account or data

In ClassPulse, open Settings → Delete Account and confirm to delete your account and associated academic data. You do not need to email us when you can access your account.

If you can't access the app, email support@classpulse.store from the address you signed up with and use the subject “ClassPulse account deletion request.”

For website requests, we verify ownership, delete the account and its associated academic data, and confirm when it is complete. Limited security audit records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your ClassPulse account does not cancel an app-store subscription, so cancel that separately in Google Play or the App Store.

You can also request a copy or correction of your data. Tell us what you need and we'll help.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so we never see your card details. Manage or cancel from Settings → Subscription in the app, or from your app store account directly.

Refunds are handled under your app store's own policy. For Apple, use Report a Problem; for Google, use the Play Store's refund request. We can't issue store refunds on your behalf, but tell us what happened and we'll help where we can.

Something looks wrong in my grades

ClassPulse calculates from the weights and results you enter, so a surprising number usually means a weight or a max score needs correcting. Open the course, check the grading items add up to how your syllabus describes them, and the projection will follow.

Everything the app shows is an estimate for planning. Always confirm your real standing with your instructor.

Syllabus import missed something

Import reads what it can see, so a low-contrast photo or a scanned page of handwriting will come back thin. Photograph the grading table straight-on in good light, or use the PDF if you have it. Everything lands in a review screen first, so you can add whatever it missed before saving.

Reporting a security issue

If you've found a vulnerability, email support@classpulse.store with the details and steps to reproduce. Please give us a chance to fix it before sharing it publicly.
